Prices
THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:
- use of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen;
- consumption of electricity and water (in the event of excessive consumption due to carelessness, a surcharge will be charged);
- internet connection with WIFI Internet and TV.
THE RENTAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- cleaning: requered weekly 250 euro.
APPROACH:
- To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the rental price. This sum is to be received 3 days after the e-mail with the reservation to be confirmed.
- The balance and security deposit (1000€) must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
- You will receive the booking form with all the information about the villa after the complete payment is paid.
- If during the stay no damage is caused, the deposit will be returned to you.
- We recommend personal travel and cancellation insurance.
- School holidays also fall under the high season.
- Discounts for longer periods are possible.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights out of season or weekends.
